At LaMar Maison, we take great care to ensure your flowers, candles, and gifts arrive beautifully and on time. Please review our delivery guidelines below:
Timed Deliveries We honor requested delivery times as closely as possible. Deliveries may arrive up to 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the selected time window.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our studio, and a notice will be left asking the recipient to contact us to arrange a new delivery time or date.
Weather‑Related Delays Adverse weather conditions may cause delays or make delivery temporarily unsafe or impossible. In such cases, your order will be delivered as soon as conditions allow. We will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.

Fresh Flowers Because floral arrangements are perishable and custom‑designed, all flower sales are final. If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Candles & Gift Items Non‑perishable items such as candles and gifts may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must be brought back to the shop with proof of purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours. We will remake, replace, or issue store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds Refunds are issued only when a replacement or store credit cannot be provided, and only to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non‑refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before design and preparation begin. Once flowers have been processed or the order has been created, cancellations may receive store credit only.
